I'm a neuroscientist and general tinkerer who wants to improve the world.
I have Bachelor's degrees in Physics and Cognitive Science and am finishing my PhD in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science. My primary PhD work has been to build a one-of-a-kind microscope to image a previously-intractable sensorimotor circuit. I have many side projects ranging from radical bed designs to optimizing blackflame (actual light-absorbing flames appearing black) apparati to host the perfect goth dinner party, some of which will appear on this site.
